Patsy Rhodes has been dedicated to the education of children for most of her adult life. Combining this love of children and her training in art, Patsy has for over four decades created amusing characters from wood that have delighted adults and youngsters alike—including the grandchildren of four former Presidents of the United States.

Currently Patsy supplies over 100 school libraries in the Greater Houston Area with characters from children's fiction and other characters used by librarians as visual aids.
